Through our forms: name, email, phone, address, energy consumption, message. Through the website: technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

Answering your request and preparing an offer (pre-contractual steps, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); managing the contract, Creos procedures and subsidy applications on your behalf (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)); following up and improving our services (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)); analytics and marketing (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).

Recipients

Our processors (hosting, email, signature, accounting), the grid operator Creos, the Ministry of the Economy and your commune for subsidy applications, only to the extent necessary. No transfer outside the EU without appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Requests without follow-up: 24 months. Customer files: duration of the contract and warranties, then legal obligations (10 years for accounting records).

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by email to info@handelux.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).
