General terms of sale

1. Offer and contract

Our offers are valid for 30 days. The installation contract, of which the offer is an integral part, is concluded by signature of both parties. Technical characteristics are stated in the offer.

2. Price and payment

Prices incl. VAT (3 % on supply and installation of the panels, 17 % on other items). 30 % deposit at signature, balance at installation on the final invoice, net of the prefinanced Klimabonus. Payment by bank transfer within 14 days.

3. Klimabonus prefinancing

The customer mandates Handelux to file the prefinancing request. The aid granted is deducted from the final invoice; if refused for a reason not attributable to Handelux, the amount remains due by the customer.

4. Lead times

Installation within 90 working days of receipt of the deposit and the required permits, except force majeure or delays by the grid operator.

5. Acceptance and transfer of ownership

Acceptance by signature of the report; ownership transfers upon full payment.

6. Warranty

5 years on our installation work from commissioning; manufacturer warranties as per the offer. Exclusions: modifications by third parties, lack of maintenance, external events.

7. Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded at a distance or off-premises.

8. Applicable law

Luxembourg law; courts of the City of Luxembourg.
